The interviewee is not even sweating the collapse of his commercial real estate empire… must have made a killing on the old model of develop shit-quick-n-flip. “I’m over it. Move on.” Oddly the realization is that the commercial real estate bubble is not even close to fully popping yet. Either way, hopefully guys like this and their gluttonous developments will become dinosaurs of this recession or we are all doomed for any glimmer of a better, more engaging future built environment.
