ABOUT
"Giancarlo a.k.a. "G" or "Gianca" can be described as the leader of the pack. An old soul, young at heart kind of guy. When he's not in studio, he's probably cooking. He's learned most of the craft from his mom after penne alla vodka aroused his interest. Now, he's always trying new recipies, perfecting old ones, and of course, spreading the goodness and sharing his reciepies. Other than a love for cuisine, he also has a love for photography, poetry and soccer. When he first learned to walk, there was probably a soccer ball very close by. His dad shared his gift and love for soccer with him as he was growing up. Architecture may not allow for much time to even sleep, but once in a while, you'll find him with the rest of them, in the park, the Pratt lawn, or maybe the circus maximus. If you asked him, he would say that poetry is way that you can truly speak of things that are of the grader scheme and that photography is a way to give eternal life to the fleeting moments that pass us by. He'll be sure to correct you if there's some Italian word you mispronounced and he'll recount a story like an old man would while sitting in his smoking chair. All that and he'll make sure you don't leave with out your cup of esspresso corretto.
